We started with a simple observation. Service businesses fail when the operator becomes the bottleneck. So we built a management company designed to do the opposite: documented systems, trained teams, and a portfolio approach that lets each operating company focus on the work it does best.

Mighty Oak Group exists to design, launch, and oversee operating companies that deliver essential services to healthcare, commercial, and institutional clients. Each company we run is built around documented systems, accountable people, and standards that hold up under pressure.
We are not a holding company. We are an operator. The work has to actually happen, on time, to spec, every day. Everything else is downstream of that.
